Synopsis
In a small town in Mexico Miguel, a 26-year-old disabled guy, lives isolated from the world because of his overprotective mother. Miguel starts to grow interest for the most beautiful girl in town, and it is just then when he discovers the real cost of his freedom.
About the Director, Marco Cano
Marco has a degree in Communication with a specialty in Cinema from the Anahuac México Norte (2011). His studies include film directing and production at the Francisco de Vittoria University in Madrid, Spain (2010) and acting studies at the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles, California. (2013). Marco has filmed several short films in various locations such as Cuba, Spain, Mexico and the United States. He is currently working on the development of his debut film.

About the Director, Juan Linares
Juan C. Linares is a Puerto Rican filmmaker who’s fixated on character studies and darkly humorous stories. His debut film as a producer, The Return of Ernesto Pagán, won special recognition in the 2019 Puerto Rico International Short Film Festival Cinefiesta. Similarly, his short film Dandy, which he co-wrote and directed, won the Best Actor award in the 7th Made in Europe Film Festival.

Angel was Born in USA and raised in Venezuela, started his career shooting Skateboarding videos when he was 15 yeas old, he received his BA in Audiovisual Journalism in 1998, He is known for his award winning Short DIVA & ASTRO and as the cinematographer of films like Bravetown, Mondays Night at Seven and Operacion Jaque, also by his extensive work in the Music video world.

Synopsis
As Los Angeles reels from the hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic, Victor Villa, a young Latino entrepreneur and Los Angeles native, must persevere to keep his street taco business afloat. Against the backdrop of gentrification in his neighborhood, Victor must also maintain his role as a community leader with dreams of transitioning his backyard pop-up to a full-time brick and mortar restaurant.
About the Director, Shirley Yumeng He
Yumeng (Shirley) is a visual ethnographer and documentary filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. Shirley grew up in Beijing, China, and holds a M.A. in Visual Anthropology at the University of Southern California. She is an AMPAS Alumna and is selected for the 2021 BAFTA Newcomers Program.
